So I'm scheduled January 2017 with Dr. P. For a TT & BBL with Lipo on full back, arms & inner thighs. Here are some pre op pics I took for my consult. I'm nervous that the fat transfer for hips won't take if I'm laying on my sides but how else am I supposed to lay w/a TT? If any of you had both TT & BBL w/fat transfer to hips what's your experience w/Dr. P? Any suggestions on pillows or ways to lay or avoid fat loss to hips. Please help! Getting a BBL (w/full back, arm & inner thigh lipo) & tummy tuck in Jan 2017 with Dr. Salvador Pantoja. I'm wondering if any of his patient's had good results w/ both procedures at the same time. I have a V shaped bottom & need transfer to both hips & booty. I'm scared I will get bad results if I combine both procedures at one time. Please help!! Any suggestions of how to avoid fat transfer to hips from disappearing if I have to lay on my sides. Also any of your before & after pics welcome & appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!
