Best Price for a Mini Face Lift in Tijuana?

I went to Dr. Fuentes in Tijuana at Cosmed for a facelift and am so glad I did. He answered all my questions in multiple emails. Was very quick to respond. He let me know I did not need all the procedures I thought I did. I had him remove the fat under my eyes. He did a full face and neck lift and used some botox. I am 55 and was not in dire need of a facelift but I know it is better to have a couple lifts over a life time rather than wait until you are in really bad shape and have a major overhaul. But there is a definite improvement. I chose Dr. Fuentes because his before and after pictures were dramatic enough I could see he was not afraid to make sure the skin was pulled back enough. I stayed at their on sight hotel which was amazing. The entire cost was $9,000 and it gave me back a healthy youthful appearance.

I live close to the border. I want a mini face...
I live close to the border. I want a mini face lift within the next 6 months in Tijuana. Id like to pay between $3500-$4000 for everything and I will definately be paying cash.
I am 53 and my skin is good but I daily wear face tape to pull back my face.
Any experiences, recommendations, advice?

I hope you'll use this space to keep us updated on your process of getting a mini Facelift! Are you wanting to have it done in Mexico because of the price?
If you type "facelift Tijuana" into the RealSelf search bar, several pages of information will come up. Please thoroughly do your research on this!
I think you are crazy to go to Tiajuana to get cosmetic surgery. You might want to read all the nightmare stories of other ReLSelf users who have gone south of the border for plastic surgery. Some true horror stories out there. Horrible disfigurement with absolutely no legal recourse. Save your money and go to a reputable American doctor!
You may think this, but i have already had one surgery in Mexico with no problems and I go to my dentist twice a year down there. I have been going to TJ for several years now, for medical reasons. I feel pretty safe.
Hello, I just had a mini face lift and upper eyelid surgery done last week. I urge you to find a US Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with excellent credentials. Shopping for a surgeon to work on your face based on cost is treading dangerous waters. If money is the primary concern, try to save over the next year and then find a qualified physician in San Diego.
Great surgery centers in Tijuana as modern and credentialed as well as in California at a 1/3 of the price. Just google Tijuana facelift. I know 3 people that have had work completed in TJ already with great results..
My mother had a full facelift done by Dr Manuel Gutierrez Romero in Tijuana Mx. He did a great job she looks awesome not stretched and pulled. I believe the price was around 6 or 7 thousand. You can find him here on RS. Good luck.
