After searching a good option and been worried about results I found Dr. Cardenas. During my first interaction with her I knew she was the best, she answer all my questions, she was caring all the time and she even shared her own surgery experience as a patient, this give me confidence she has been there! so she knew about my concerns... I always been insecure about my body and how I look, Having challenges on maintaining my weight, loosing and gaining pounds all the time so I ended with a big belly and after my babies this got even worse, Now I use cloth that hides my big belly, but now is time to for a change!! Hello 2016, hello new body... here comes a new Cardenas Doll...Please, share with me your tips and what should I bring with me... I'm so anxious...

I am in Dr.Cardenas recovery house right now and let me tell you...she is the best! Her staff is amazing and she does amazing work! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about her. I only did the lower body lift but I'm already trying to plan the upper body lift right now! Lol good luck to you girl! Let me tell you it's worth it!

It was in January and I feel great, really happy with my decision <3
She does a very good job of managing the pain...so it feels more like pressure than pain....once in a while the incision burns but none of it is unbearable.
When are you going? I will be there March 1st :)
