Glow14 - Tijuana, Mexico

I had my sleeve done in Tijuana Mexico on the 19th of January 2015 and I am 9 days post op. I feel great, no regrets. I seem to get tired little easier, but it get better every day. I am drinking about 24 ounces of water a day. I just started on my protein drink( I get about 30 g) twice a day and I just started my cream of chicken soup about 3ounces. I don't have major hungry cravings. It is mostly head hunger( seems every other commercial on tv is food). I threw up once from eating the jello to quickly, that won't happen again. It was unpleasant and al title painful. I stared at 197 - pre op diet 189 before surgery. I have not weighed myself yet. But my husband and I have noticed the difference. My face I slimmer and my tummy is really decreasing in size. I am really concerned about inches rather than weight. I would like to fix in a size 8 but would settle for a 10. My incisions are healing nicely. I change the dressing everyday the surgeon did an excellent job making them neat. I would recommend Dr. Camelo Ramos in Tijuana Mexico. gas pains were minimal, but you must adhere to the pre op diet. It is not to loss weight but to shrink your liver to allow the Dr to manuver inside of you without complication. Don't have photos yet. I am am happy. If I could be of help please reach out. My experience with Dr. Camelo at the Florence Hosptial in Tijuana Mexico was awesome. The Dr. is experienced and extremely professional. The medical staff here makes you feel at home. They are very attentive to your needs. This has to be one of the best decision I have made in a while. i would strongly suggest anyone thinking of get the gastric sleeve to chose this doctor and this hospital the coordinator Bianca and Veronica were the best. Thank you for making my weight lose experience great.
