Lost 13 pounds :)

WORTH IT$5,200
I’ve been on the keto diet for 3 months now and have been working out 4-5 time a week. I lost some weight so I figured I would update results :)

Still love my results.

I’m almost a year past my surgery date. I love my results more than anything. It has been such a freeing and healing time for my self confidence. I did put on a little weight after surgery but I started keto about a month ago and have lost 6 lbs through the diet and exercising about 5 days a week. Even if it’s just cardio I’ve been forcing myself to go. I am now 3 lbs lighter than after surgery which feels great. You can see a difference and my shape looks even better with just the 3 lb difference so I’m hoping for even more improvement while I continue to lose weight and work out. Will update in a few months :)

Swelling totally down.

So I'm pretty sure all the swelling is completely gone. I can work out and do all core exercise again. My stomach feels super flat and the fat injections are very prominent now. They definitely gave me much more curves. They are a little exaggerated which I feel looks a little fake but I'll take it over the previous version of myself any day. I can wear so many things I used to not be able to, and it's so nice not to think of my belly overhang all the time. I am super happy with the progression. I do stil get sore at the end of the day because I work standing and running around all shift and stretches in my core area don't feel like I can go as deep, but that's all that's left Fromm healing. When I do cobra stretch I can feel it but it's not painful or anything, just tiggt

Do you do yoga?? If so...are you just getting back into it at 4 months?
I do do yoga. I started doing it again at about four months afterwords, and I still do it. The only position that is tough is cobra bc it still feels very tight. I can do it no problem but I can feel the tightness and that I can’t stretch as far as I used to.
