I am a 41 year old mother of twin girls and a son. I had a tummy tuck done over 17 years ago and the doctor didn't go far enough back so it left me with "dog ears" on my sides.
I'd been researching Dr. Rodolfo Castillo Calderon and only found rave reviews. His business is under "My Best Body Ever" but he's associated with "A Lighter Me" in Tijuana.
He performed a side tuck, breast augmentation, and lipo.
Anyways, I was scared to death of having this kind of major surgery in Mexico! You hear so many bad things now days! But I went ahead and booked the surgery for 9/3/15
I am SO glad that I did!
A Lighter Me van came and picked us up at the San Diego, CA airport and took us into Tijuana to our hotel.
They picked me up and took me to my pre-op appt, to the hospital for my surgery, and back to airport when we left.
I couldn't have asked for a better doctor or company! I'm only 5 weeks into recovery but I'll attach my before and afters as of right now.
My cost included the surgery, anesthesiologist, compression garment, one night hospital stay, 4 nights hotel stay, and transportation.
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Castillo

Thanks for sharing your story. What motivated you to get the surgery done in Mexico? Was cost the main factor?

I am going in June for a tummy tuck, lipo, and a fat transfer to my booty. I am very nervous but better now after reading your review. So you are happy with your results?

I am very happy with my results. If I had any questions - they were very quick in getting back with me. No infections. My sister works for a plastic surgeon here in Texas and she said Dr. Castillo did a great job!
Also - they treat you better in Tijuana than in the U.S.
I stayed 1 night in the hospital and then 4 nights in hotel where they have a nurse that helps you with whatever you need help with. My husband went with me and that helped a lot! I couldn't imagine not going without him. Not because it's bad but because I just couldn't hardly move.

I also checked out Tijuana ps and I only found him on the board certified ps list.
I am scheduled for Surgery March 7, 2017. I had weight loss surgery in Tijuana and lost 80 lbs no problems. I am now 5'6" and weigh 127. I am scheduled for Breast lift and augmentation, arm lift and upper back lift. Now I am getting closer and scared to death! I am not scared because I am having it done in Mexico... I am just scared because there are not many reviews... I am hoping that could also be a good thing... ppl are more apt to get on an complain about bad experiences and I don't see any of that!
