The entire process was beyond my expectations. My first contact to my last with Yola, office manager, was fantastic. She is awesome!!! I met with both surgeons and both were wonderful, wonderful. All where super professional and friendly. I work in a USA hospital and the hospital was top notch. There was always someone who spoke English to help. My only distasteful situation was; when I was discharged from the hopital, I was taken out in a wheelchair to take a taxi back to my hotel and I tipped the man and after I tipped him he went on about how he is the least paid in the hospital and he has 3 children to support and he only has a job because he speaks English. I felt he was wanting me to give him more, that bothered me. As I said, I work as a nurse in a hospital, when I walk a patient out for discharge I would never accept a tip, and never pressure for more.
