I don't know the patient or you, but she absolutely DOES have a place here in this forum! That's exactly what it's for, doctor. It sounds like you're simply making the same old lame excuses you hear from other plastic surgeons who can't admit their own mistakes and are just happy to take the money and run.

Not only that, why should she "have to" put full-facial photos on a public website, anyway? You, doctor, are a public personality. Your patients are not. Your response was so callous, defensive and uncalled for.

I agree with you people are so quick to make accusations towards businesses, doctors etc., she looks great and for someone who had this surgery done twice I don't know how she thought she wouldn't have scarring- and you are right I have to take her review with a grain of salt being that she didn't even show her full face and the fact that she made threats! Some people r so unrealistic.

Wow! Scars in hair line nir visible?? Those are trenches!! Would you want these huge scars? I’ve seen people who had traumatic head injuries have way better incision scars than your work . Then you blame het! No offense to her, but the cheeks look very bad?

He did a mid facelift and necklift on me so above my eyes was not messed with during surgery so I am showing the parts of the surgery that did not turn out well and the areas that he operated on. I have seen plenty of facelifts that are not left with horrible scars like mine. I have aged more since posting my bad results so I am in more need of redoing the facelift.

Your idea of huge scars and saggy face is a "good facelift" ? I have finally found a good doctor in Tehran , Iran that has decent pricing compared to the USA to redo it. It has been 10 years and you usually have to redo face lifts at 10 years anyway.

I have been reading a lot about facelifts. I found a couple on here that look really good. Most facelifts I notice do not help nasolabial fold. I found a couple of doctors that look really good. Dr. Peter G. Lee in Los Angeles, Dr. Bryan Mendelson in Australia also watch his video on youtube called composite facelift. I have sent it to Mexican doctors because the price is much less than in the USA or Australia. Those two doctors were pricey. I found Dr. Alejandro Gaxiola in Tijuana, Mexico that looks pretty good. He has several photos on his website. I will be contacting him and send him the video. I might need fat transfer and/or facelift. Dr. Caloca's facelift was not aweful. It did improve just not as improved as I wanted.

The cost of plastic surgery is much less in Mexico, South America, Vietnam is super cheap. I am considering going there because I cannot afford the American doctors. I have seen plenty of bad plastic surgery from American doctors on this site. At least I am not a total disaster. I had fat grafting under the eye and nasolabial fold at the same time as the face lift and it did not take at all. Dr. Jaime Caloca did not end up wanting to redo my surgery at all because I insulted him.

I had fat transfer. I have also done restalyne, artefill, silicone about 6 times they usually only last a few months. I think I am redoing the facelift for the third time. I need more SMAS tightening and skin pulled back.

I found on a Google search that some patients do two facelifts in one surgery like a mid or a lower facelift. I think that you may only just need a mid face lift/cheek lift if the problem really bothers u .

Its does look like your nasolabial fold need to be lifted. I would NOT get more fat as i think that would make your tissues heavier n maybe more droopy

I have not had revision yet. I am looking into either facelift for the third time or fat transfer for the second time. I am looking for a doctor who will get it correct on the first time.
