Dr Gaston removed some permanent filler his partner had placed in my face years before and then he also performed lower eyelid surgery. His partner had NEVER injected Artefill which is permanent. Dr Gaston had to leave so he gave his partner the syringe and assurde me I was in good hands. Nothing could have been further from the truth! He injected too close to the eye and other parts of my face too close to the surface leaving huge lumps and globs. I went back to Gaston a few weeks later and he began to inject steroids. Dr Gaston had injected Artefill deep into my cheeks years ago as well and that looked fine, but later when he did a cheek lift, it was so severe; my cheeks went up under the eyes and caused two very large unnatural looking lumps. For many years I had to have my doctor in the states inject fillers trying to smooth out the cheeks until I was so broke I decided to have it all removed. That's when I contacted Dr Gaston again. In his office he began to draw big V lines underneath my eyes where he was going to carve out the Artefill he had put there years ago. I begged with him to make sure not to leave big holes. I just wanted some of the volume removed and a more natural look. When I woke up I almost fainted. I looked like I had been gouged. My entire face was sunken in, so much so that my skin under my eye was dropping past my lower nostrils. I screamed and cried and asked him what did he do to my face! He said he took out my cheek on my right side because it was encapsulated. He also removed all the filler I had put in all those years that was holding my face up. He completely disfigured me. I passed out on the way back home and then the real nightmare began! My face had huge holes and bumps and divots. I had a hole under my right eye just below the eyelash line that was the size of a golf ball. He said to come back and he would inject me with fat to fill my face back in. I did that and he injected fat in between a hair transplant he was doing. It took less than 3 minutes. Fat needs to be injected slowly and meticulously or it won't stay. Also the fat needs to be twice the size because you lose 50%. Where he injected under my eye looked like I now had a golf ball under the skin. It ended up stretching the eyelid out so far that I had to have corrective surgery and they had to cut the extra skin out of the eyelid. I had to pay a doctor $10,000 to temporarily fill my face back in so that I could go out in public. It took 5 months before I could go back to work and still my eye will not heal. It is blood shot and red and waters all day long. After the second surgery, it is still retracted and hurts everyday. I have severe headaches and now I am broke and unable to pay for another surgery.

He was very short and quick tempered and impatient. He was not happy that I came back to have him correct the mistakes he made. The picture on the left was a "before" picture. The other two are what I looked like after he worked on me. I asked him to pay for all the damage and costs I incurred from not being able to work, the fillers I had to have put in my face to hold it up and for all the additional surgeries I would need and he blocked my e-mails.
