The fat diminished and a year later was way less than at the beginning. I was happy the first months but after the 6th month everything started shrinking. I am also a smoker which could be one of the reasons why my fat didn’t survive. I would say that 40% of the fat survived on my cheeks and face, but only 30% on lips. Now I am getting lip fillers to get the look but I still have to apply a syringe every 2 or 3 months since the fillers also don’t last long.
