Before and after.. Day before surgery and right now

Sorry had to cover my face, like I said m, it’s subtle but noticeable. You can especially see it where I have my beauty mark. You can see the space between where my poofy cheeks ended and where they’re now. I see a difference and so does my hormones stand. I think I look better and my face just feel and looks longer, especially in pictures when I smile big.No more chipmunk cheeks. Also keep in mind that I’m 5 pounds heavier now than I was when I had the surgery

How it looks
I’m taking antibiotics every 8 hours. Doesn’t hurt anymore, so I stopped taking the pain killers he gave me. He gave me both. I’m swollen right now and looking like kiko lol

How long did you have pain for following the procedure?
The day of mostly and the next morning. It’s not like crazy pain though. Now I just st have discomfort and In still super swollen.

Neither do I, but it’s only been 5 days for me. I feel like he didn’t take out enough fat, but maybe that’s a good thing idk
Yes I had the procedure too....it will be 1 month tomorrow.

Do you see any difference so far? I’m still a little swollen, especially my right cheek and I can feel “knots” when I touch my cheeks.

He is in Tijuana Mexico
Yea in TJ like 5 mins into the border. You take a Main Street all the way and the area looked very safe.
Did he take out all the fat or just some?
Only some about 2 mm but Now I wish he would’ve taken it all out because I don’t see much of a difference to be honest. It’s like the only slight difference on on my profile but the front of my face is still the same. It’ll be 2 weeks on Thursday so maybe it’s too early idk

I just got my buccal fat removed today by Dr Omar...
I just got my buccal fat removed today by Dr Omar Lazos. He really is a people’s person and everything went great. He was very friendly. I had some pain when the right fat pad was extracted though. I’ll keep you guys updated through the healing process. I’ll post a before and after in a week from now.

Hi . I noticed that you live in us. how was he whole experiencie to have the surgerie in mexico . cold u give me few tips . never been there
I live in San Diego and I cross the border all the time.......tijuana is a safe place the only "bad" thing is the the waiting time to cross the border on the way back home. I just schedule my chin lipo for late December with Dr Lazos and his office is like 8 driving from the border. He and his staff is really nice and they answer all the questions you might have ( I had quite a few). I did some research about certified plastic surgeons and he's one of the few in mexico. Later I'm gonna post some pre procedure photos and share my whole experience here. Don't be afraid of crossing the border, just take your passport and Id on your way back. Best regards!!!
