A little over a month post op none, didn’t want to share any pics because I honestly look the same before the procedure, I’m praying results will come back soon because this is depressing

13 days post op not much difference

So Today I am 13 days post out I religious wear my compression and an board. I drink plenty of watch and watch what I eat. I’m starting to feel discouraged because now I’m not seeing much of a difference from my abdomen area from before I got the tickle lipo but I’m hoping as time goes on I will notice more. I do have some hard spots in certain areas but not too terrible.

Stop drinking so much water because to much will cause you to retain more fluid and you will look bloated I had Tickle Lipo and my results looks perfect and right after you have the surgery if you don’t massage your abs flanks my doctor told me you don’t get immediate results so I did and I’m fine and I also went for my weekly accent massages which is very important!!!

Yes I went to every appointment, I work all my spanks and waist trainers, I did it all just didn't get results but I know everything varies person to person

You need to stay in your compression garment and nothing else did you massage the next day while you were draining because if you didn’t that’s your problem and you’re not going to see know results until your body absorb the fluid that’s how my doctor explain it to me

I know and that's what I did, this was my second time getting this so I was very familiar, I did massages faithfully, I slept in my compressions would only take them off to bath and back on

Legacy treatment and ZWave

Today I went in for the legacy treatment and zwave, I’m still very sore and tender to the touch but the legacy treatment felt amazing, it machine was very warmed and vibrates against my abdomen do pain nor not too hot. I wish it could of lasted longer, butnit was great while it lasted
