Second Time Lucky

I had a pdo thread lift with the 3 big cog ones either side and about 60 of the little ones dotted around my lower face and thought I had made the biggest mistake ever. I had dents and lumps and dimples and worst of all no lifting. This was done by a well known Dr based on Harley street and cost £3500. After searching the internet for experts in pdo thread list problems I found Dr Mian who is based in Lewisham in London. He has written many medical papers and has also invented techniques used by other drs for lifting. I originally saw him 6 weeks after my thread lift and asked what he could do to put me right. He was honestly and said only time would help the dimples and that the threads I did have had been incorrectly placed which is why I had no lifting effect but he could redo for me. I went away to think about it as was tbh put off by the whole pdo thread lift thing but in April just before my 40th Birthday Booker another consultation with him to discuss having the lift redone after my birthday. His answer was why wait til after your birthday I can book you in next week. As you can see by my pictures from when the Harley street dr did it I was so scared of looking a mess for my birthday but he promised he wouldn’t leave me looking like that. So 1 week before my 40th I booked in to have an additional 3 threads either side of my face at less than half the price of the what I had paid before and honestly it was the best thing ever. One of my eye brows dropped from the anaesthetic for about 4 hours after and that was the worst thing about it all. I had a dent immediately after in my right cheek but nothing compared to the dents before and this was gone by the next day. Dr Mian also says if you are unhappy with the outcome he will add extra threads free of charge if you return within 6 months. As I still had a little loose skin next to my mouth (only noticeable to me, everyone else thought I was crazy) he put in 2 extra threads 2 weeks ago free of charge and now I am 100% happy. Also when he did this apart from the incision holes I had zero after problems ... no dents or anything. This man was honestly a god send to me and I nearly didn’t write a review as unless you are searching for him on the net he doesn’t advertise so I’d quite easy to make an appointment with. He was also the first trainer in the U.K. for profilho (amongst other things) teaching other drs how to do it. So from a consumer point of view he isn’t very well known however from a medical point of view he is recognised by the medical profession as being top of his game.
