Threadlift Cheek Dent

I had a thread lift done 13 days ago. This was also a particular kind of lift where heat is also applied - which I was told meant that recovery is slower but lasts longer in total. I’m extremely swollen, but what is worse is that it appears that I have a huge check indent on just one side. (And it’s also all pulled up) Is this a cheek bone bruise/swell, dent, or thread-causing disfigurement? I am seeing the doctor who did this in two days but any reassurance in the meantime would make me grateful.

Wtf ! Are they going to fix this for you ? How will they ? I don't know how that dent is there from threads but I like be pissed right off. Keep us updated , hope it works out
Calm down. You are only scaring her even more. It is only 13 days. Things will get even over time and the dent will go away. It happened to me. I didn't fully recover until 30 days later
Thanks! So update: I got it adjusted by the surgeon- it’s completely fixed. Good lesson in not freaking out! Thanks for your support guys :)
How did the surgeon fix it??? Is the Dr. who fixed it the one who did the initial procedure? I am so happy your problem was resolved.
Ps. I have never heard of threads being used with heat.
I have a dent in my cheek as well. I have a 2 week follow up next week. How was it adjusted?
this looks dreadfull. Iam sorry that it looks this way. Good news id that it will disapear after few months.
I'm sorry this happened to you. Another RS member had her threads pulled to tight bilaterally. Don;t these eventually disolve on there own? If not perhaps a fat transplant or filler could make it more even. Please address this to the practitioner who did this. Was it a PS or a staff member trained to do this in office procedure. I'm sure this can be resolved in some way that will make you comfortable . It looks painful. I wish you healing hugs and a resolution that is satisfactory for you. Thanks for sharing this as it looks so simple but really is not.
If you look above, she addressed it over a month before you posted this comment stating she had the follow up & they fixed it and everything looks great.
