WORTH IT
I went to Dawn Woods at Revive Medical Aesthetics on 1/29/2020 for a PDO threading procedure. The threads will slowly dissolve leaving collagen to be used as a framework for my lift. The first two photos are the before and immediately after. You can see the great lift Dawn gave me through my cheek area, addressing the "smile" lines and the wrinkling in the corners of my mouth, She also placed tiny threads above and below my lips for those tiny lines that are so difficult to get rid of. The procedure was comfortable. Dawn applied a "dental block" using a injectable numbing agent. I was a challenging patient due to having thin skin, which is in my family. She took that into her choice of treatment and thread size. The last two photos r selfies of me-on 1/31/2020 heading out for my day. I am so thrilled with Dawn's abilities. I feel like I hit the "jack pot". My hope is to have another PDO threading that will focus on my jowl area and upper neck So, will update my photos when that happens. FYI, I turn 68 this year, so any procedure/treatment that will produce additional collagen is my focus.

Hey groovy art girl! Just posted two week photo. I will post again at the end of 12 weeks showing final results. For me, the quick turn around made it very doable. Not really interested in a full facelift. Will probably do one more session addressing my lower face and neck. Hope to get same results. Good Luck I was happy with the results.

how much did it cost? I have a consultation this thursday
February 14, 2020
Hi birdy! I apologize for not seeing your comment. Today is Thursday and I hope your consultation went well. I was part of a training so my cost would not be the same. I can say what I think of the procedure. I just posted a two week follow up. It will be 12 weeks before I see final results. I was back to my life in less than two days. That says a lot about this procedure. Will post at the end of 12 weeks if you are curious to see. Good Luck. I think it's worth it.

I got this 2 days ago. My face looks flat like someone stepped on it and I have slight puckering. Does this change?
July 30, 2020
Hi Vally87. It's been awhile for me. I had no puckering. Although, I read u can massage that area. If you used "barbed" threads, it my have hung up slightly. I'm not sure what "looking flat" means, so I guess that is a "no". My threads have dissolved by now. I'm looking at another pdo threading, concentrating on my lower face/jawline. Meeting with the nurse practitioner tomorrow. If it was me, I might want to give the practitioner a call if it does not resolve itself after a few days. Good luck sasha:-)
Thank you for sharing your review and photos, looking great!
