I’m Beyond Shocked.

I saved every single message I had with this practitioner as the last message I got from her before she blocked me was insane.

I got an infection and a lot of pain a month after doing my thread lift with Simone. When I messaged her to tell her I was in a lot of pain, her assistant replied simply to tell me it’s normal and not to panic and that was it. I never heard from Simone. I called three thread lift places after that message to find out if it was in fact normal to go from hardly any pain to excruciating pain a month after this procedure and every single one said it’s not normal to suddenly feel a lot of pain a month after and could potentially be an infection and my practitioner should have booked me in to check it out. As her assistant considered this ‘normal’ and Simone herself never messaged me after I decided to see a doctor. He confirmed it was in fact an infection and I was given prescribed cream to help.

I later messaged Simone to let her know that it turns out I have an infection and to next time pls not tell clients something is normal when she hasn’t seen the client herself or asked any questions. She got very sensitive to this comment and what ended up happening was hours of her trying to flip the issue on me and play victim. At no point through any of that did I swear at her or threaten her I just kept correcting her and letting her know I don’t believe she is dealing with this professionally. She continued to play victim by letting me know all her other clients are always happy and she’s never experienced an issue with a client before. To which I said there was a first time for everything and to learn from the situation rather than turn it on me and to pls not compare me to other clients as my experience is my own. I told her I do not blame her for the infection and that it’s just unlucky and that my only issue is that she didn’t book to see me again, didn’t even bother to contact me and let her assistant message me from her number instead.

What came next is where I’m left shocked. She told me she was very very scared of me and very very afraid and that I’m bullying her and then blocked me?!? At no point did I even say anything remotely close to threatening. I saved all the messages for my own protection as I feel her responding like that followed by blocking me shows she is not mentally stable for this type of job.

Her surname is nowhere on her website but her name is Simone and she works in 1 Harley st in her own rented room.

People very well may go to her and like her work but be very wary if you ever have a complaint. She takes 0 responsibility and plays victim.

I wasted £600 for the most painful procedure and that was a thread nose lift. I also saw not even 1% of change. That I didn’t even make a real complaint about. My only issue was with her not doing a follow up when I told her I was in a lot of pain and instead of her simply recognising that and apologising, I get treated as if I’m some sort of gang member threatening her lol
