Mint Lift

I have been toying with the idea of having a mint lift for a couple of years now. As my frown lines were really bothering me. Despite fillers and occasional Botox, gravity and age was starting to set in. I turned 40 this weekend and decided Bday gift to myself, let’s do it. Yesterday I had fillers followed by the mint lift. Although numbed the mint lift was painful. I immediately swelled and bruised. I was hoping to had back to work this morning, not going to happen. Even more swelling and bruising this morning. It also feels like one of the threads is protruding through my right cheek, making it painful and difficult to eat or to brush my teeth. I am guessing this is not normally. Very concerned at this point about that and the swelling. I’ve been with my provider for a long time and I have never had a bad experience. I will have to reach out with my concerns. However I will not be doing this Mint Lift thing again.
