Extremely Disappointed with My Experience at SKINovative
I had high hopes for SKINovative after reading positive reviews, but my experience with the face thread procedure was disastrous. I paid $3,000 for what turned out to be a botched job, resulting in odd lumps on my face where the threads didn’t engage properly with the tissue. The end result was not only a lack of lift but also an elongated appearance that made me feel self-conscious.
During my consultation, I specifically asked about potential lumps and was assured that recovery would take 2-3 weeks without any issues. Now, three months later, my face is just starting to feel normal, although I still experience soreness. It's evident that the threads were not aligned properly, leaving me with swelling and discomfort throughout this time.
To make matters worse, when I pointed out the lumps to the professional who performed the procedure, she barely acknowledged them. It was a humiliating experience, especially when colleagues noticed my uneven appearance. Although I’m relieved that the threads are starting to dissolve, I didn’t invest $3,000 to look forward to my work disappearing; I wanted results!
