Disappointing Results

Had a rough recovery from a full face thread lift (cost 5k). Dr. Shakur was great at helping me through the severe bruising and swelling. However, 3 months post procedure and I’m not noticing any difference in any part of my face. The main reason I did the procedure was to tighten jawline and lift my right brow —both are completely the same. When I went in to express my disappointment, was told it would be 500$ just to “adjust” my brow and then charged 100$ consultation when I declined. Again, I paid 5k for the procedure.
