POSTED UNDER Thread Lift Reviews

Procedure was fairly quick and no too painful

UPDATED FROM Adagietta Holleran
8 months post

Threads continued to be painful and there was no noticeable improvement at all after 2 months.

The threads didn’t stay and the jawline did not improve but seemed to go back to where it was before.

I was told three month is the final result. You should make a follow up at your three month mark and discuss your concerns with the doctor. They should give you additional threads as some people need more than others. Good luck!
The 2nd image you noticed a big change.
I see significant difference too.
It didn't last. It looked good at first, then it went back to how it looked before. Much too painful to go through the again when results did not last.

Thread Lift

Procedure was fairly quick and no too painful. Just some pressure that was a tad uncomfortable. Very happy with results so far. Jawline sore the evening after procedure but a bit better the next day. You must sleep on your back for 3-4 nights and no running or intense workouts for 1-2 weeks. I am hopeful the results will improve more after 1-2 months.
The photo is the before and immediately after the procedure before I left. I also had Radiesse Chin filler along with the threads to lift the jawline and jowls. I trust Marta Paul and the staff at NOVA Aesthetics in San Antonio. On another note.....Their new offices are beautiful!

I’ve been thinking about this procedure until another person who posted about her thread left. She said it felt like Barbwire being pulled through her face. Did you feel the same sensation/pain? Could you please describe it?
I definitely felt them being inserted. It was uncomfortable pressure. Once they were in there was no pain or uncomfortable pressure. You are very sore and it’s difficult to eat for the next 2 days. It is definitely not painless. My cheeks are still a bit sore and It is day 4 after my procedure.
Thank you for the quick reply. That makes me feel somewhat better. I definitely need a lift at 75 years old.
I am looking forward to more pictures as you move through your post procedure.
I forgot to ask, how many threads did you have put in? I am thinking about four on each side. Starting at the cheekbone down to the chin.
3 on each side.
Thank you.
I’m following as well...looks good so far...did the radiesse get into the jaw line or was the pull up from the lift?
Radiesse in chin only. Jaw line lift is from the Threads.
Thanks! Looking forward to seeing more pics in a couple of weeks! This is definitely something I’m considering
