It is difficult to express how appreciative I am to Dr. Schwartz and his fantastic team. I had a posterior trunk lift procedure performed due to extreme and rapid weight loss (100lbs in six months). My weight loss took place 23 years ago and I finally was in a financial position to have the unsightly loose skin removed from my buttocks and love handle areas. The transformation is dramatic and I couldn't be happier with the result in all areas from ease of recovery to dissipation of my scar. Every visit I've had to the office has been as relaxing as a trip to the spa. The people that work here are so nice and thoughtful and easy to be around. I've experienced life as an overweight person and as a slender person that just has excess skin that only a few people ever saw. My body image at both times was very low to the point I would not even take my shirt off at the beach. Yet I was so comfortable around the staff due to their professional demeanor that it was not an issue. The boost to my self image and self confidence is easily worth the cost and has improved greatly how I look in jeans, how I look naked of course, and the quality of sex. You can actually see and feel that I have real glutes and my mate who was supportive regardless of what I looked like now marvels. Whereas before she knew not to touch me in certain spots because I was ashamed of my body I am no longer and it feels great to be touched and caressed anywhere without my body looking like a rippling pond. I work out often and got down to 194lbs at 6' 4" before my surgery. Yet I still had several pounds of excess saggy skin on my posterior that no amount of working out would get rid of and that is why the work Dr. Schwartz does is so fantastic. I did what I could to correct my physique in a self-reliant way but it took inter-dependence--the skilled hands and knowledge of an artist who uses his tools to heal peoples self image to bring me to my full potential and best look. If you are worried or wondering whether a cosmetic procedure is worth it I would say just get a consultation and the amazing staff will be very transparent and give you your options. It is truly one of the best decisions I've ever made and I'm so glad to have trusted my body to Dr. Schwartz and his staff.
