I got a TT and Lipo done 2 years ago and that gave me a big boost of starting excersizing. The more I excersize the more I noticed that my breast is flattening. I am very scared of implants. I always been, but at this point, I don't see any other way to make them look perkier and fuller on the top. My hubby was against it but I manage to convince him over time. Finally last week I had 2 different consultations. The first one with one of my coworker dr that had a breast lift recently and a 2nd one with my original dr. Who did my TT. The 1st dr just told me that I needed an anchor lift. I asked him about implants and he just answered that I didn't need one. My dr measure my chest. She spent over an hr discussing my options and she told me that I wouldn't be happy with just a lift. She remainded me why I went with her to begin with, by been patient and explaining everything that I wanted to discussed. So I decided that she is the one and booked the surgery for 9/4. I told the surgery coordinator that I didn't know if I wanted just a lift or an implant as well and she told me that she was going to book it for all and to call them as soon as I decided. I came home and I told my hubby about the consult, and he wasn't very trilled about it. Anyway, I left it as that and at the next day he asked me how much if you get implants. So I told him that it was about $2000 more than the lift and he said, just do it but go a little larger. Lol! So with that in mind, I'm in a better place and I think I'm going with implants as well. Silicon mentor, but I haven't discuss the size, so I'll do that on my pre op. My family will not know until after, and so most of the people I know. Only him and 3 girls at work know. Ill tell everybody else after the fact, so they Dont give me unsolicited advised. I just took pic to post my review and what a shock I got by looking at my breast!!!!

Exact same reason I decided to get a lift and augmentation! I lost 25+ lbs through running and the fat in my boobs disappeared. I'm older so I couldn't just have them augmented. It is the best decision I made; you and your husband will be very happy with this investment ;)

Well, after having my two kids (they are 21 and 18 now) I was a D forever. Then, about two and a half years ago I started seriously running and dropped down to a C. However, within the last 8 months I added more exercise by joining a gym and trained for a full marathon. That left me with "two rocks in two socks" and a pitiful B, but the B was all loose skin - gross! I had to have a lift, but if I only did that I'd still be a B and I missed my big boobs. So I had saline implants. The reason for saline was if they ever should leak I'll know right away. It's only been 19 days but they look great and I'm recovering really well :) Can't wait to run in 2 more weeks!

The waiting is killing me!

Cece2001
I wish I would've schedule it sooner! I'm dying to get them done and still have to wait 33 more days! I'm not sure if I should loose weight. Does anybody gone through that? I wish I could loose 7 lb before surgery. That would be my ideal weight... 130! Any advise whether this matter or not? I'm still exercising but since is summer, I'm all over the place with kids and gatherings. Is real hard to focus. I also have lots going on at work. The only thing that I'm looking forward is the surgery.

Hi guys! I got my surgery yesterday's morning at 7:30. Got out of the facility around12:30sh.
Everything went smoothly. Everyone was really nice. The anesthesiologist was really nice. I woke up to a360cc's. The dr said that this was more than what she wanted to put on me. I was out of it pretty much all day yesterday and couldn't completely wake up. Now I'm up and laying on my wedge pillow. My husband has been helping getting up cause I can't do Tibet myself. Does anybody has a trick on that? I need to be able to mobilize myself in the middle of the night, and I don't know how. Any advice? Ill try updating more picts tomorrow depending on how I feel

Congrats on you new boobies! Those first few days are rough because of the soreness but it gets better. I still have a hard time sleeping on my back, but I also don't want to squish my boobs. I basically slept sitting up. haha!

I have been sleeping in a 45 degree wedge pillow so far and I'm very Mobil now. But I haven't driving yet but tomorrow I will have to drop off my daughter and pick her up as well.

If you have a recliner use it and relax at about a 40-45 degree angle. It keeps the pressure off the incision lines, and also allows you to adjust yourself when changing positions.
