Spoke too soon
Okay so yesterday into this morning/afternoon ended up being a little tough, I went grocery shopping yesterday, literally only got a few things and it was just too much I think , plus I thought I was fine to stop taking the ibuprofen but was I wrong. My back hurts so much and my chest is so tight, seems to get tighter when I'm tired of doing a little too much (ie carrying groceries) I will def keep up with the meds
Superwoman
I haven't been able to fully update but Okay so my recovery has been to say the least a breeze, really the only uncomfortable pain I felt was immediately afterwards, I took the medication as soon as I got something in my stomach and it subsided, I was able to lift my arms and still use them other than to open doors...day two I was literally up and about nothing too crazy, went for lunch and to an appointment with my friend, day 3 woke up with horrible morning boob, but once I took the meds and started moving around things were great.
I was only on the norco the day of my surgery, the next day and since then I've only been on ibuprofen.
Day 4 I was able to drive
And today day 5 I am back at work feeling normal and great. Things are still tight and hard and itchy, but I'm gently massaging and trying to still take it a little easier than normal, my son kicked one of my boobs last night (great right?) it wasn't too hard n didn't really hurt that much but sheesh! And omg on day 3 I went to a smoke shop and unsuspectingly was PAINFULLY shocked by one of those prank lighters...I was pissed! My first post op appt is next Tuesday So we will see if everything is okay I need to protect these things.
