Thank goodness for real self ! Such a Great place to research, compare, and gain support while going through this process. I've always known that I've wanted this just never thought it was financially possible...now that I've saved up enough (I will be paying in full, no financing) I can't believe my dream will become actuality ! The only time I've ever had boobs was from pregnancy/breastfeeding and I still didn't really get any bigger than a small C, I have cute shaped chest, but there's nothing there. I just want to look natural and be able to not have to always wear a bra and be so self conscious about these flat things. My pre-op is April 7th I'm looking in the 300-350 range, still torn in between mod or high profile, will prob go with my surgeon's suggestion. At first my chosen surgeon suggested teardrop but the firmness and rotation possibility freak me out, so I'm definitely sticking with my gut on smooth round implants, I'm 5'6 132lbs 34aa, I'm not really focused on cup size I just want natural full squishy boobs. Any suggestions girls with similar stats ?!

Hi! I have pretty much the exact same stats I'm 5'6" 129 lbs and a 34AA... I also think I have nice shaped round breasts just exceptionally tiny and only filled out nicely when breast feeding... I haven't even booked my surgery yet - am thinking I will next week but I can tell you that I've been thinking 400 - 450 cc moderate profile saline under the muscle because 1) the moderate profile just seem to look more natural to me than the HP 2) I want to be big enough that I don't get the "boob greed" but not so large I look ridiculous or attention starved, aiming for a large "C" in my mind and 3) saline makes me feel a lot more at ease just because if there is a rupture I'm sure to know.... I'm just one of those that would drive myself bonkers constantly wondering/worrying about a "silent" rupture and would prob drive myself broke with undue MRI's....;) excited to hear how your pre op goes!

Hi yeah I was leaning more towards mod profile but with a narrow bwd it seems you can go 'bigger' or more projection but less cc's with high profile . A lot of the other surgeons I saw suggested around 400 but trying them on and just thinking about trying to fit those big things in my little boobs freak me out! Lol Idk i feel I still want somewhat of a natural smallish look with clothes on but be able to bust them out when it's sexy time. I will def update on my pre-op!

I feel ya! I am 5'4" 117 really boyish figure. I have just always had an athletic build, unless I'm pregnant or breastfeeding. I am 2 weeks post augmentation and am so impressed with my Dr. Work. I went with a 360cc silicon, teardrop under the muscle. Because I am pushing 40 regular mammograms will help me keep an eye on the implants so it seemed the best choice for me. I think you'll be happy staying in the mid/high 300, especially since you are naturally so small. Best of luck to you.

Hi thank you so much! How do you feel about the teardrops? My surgeon suggested those at first but I was worried about rotation and they just seem harder...how do you feel about the size ? I was thinking 360-370 would be absolute biggest I would go but maybe I should since you lose volume under muscle ?

I have similar stats -5'4", 123lbs, 32AA, athletic. I don't want over the top boobs as I am athletic and don't want to look obviously enhanced (it is going to be hard when I am going from nothing to a full chest!!!). Although that said, my chest size has varied from 32AA (now) to 36DD (breast feeding). I was very uncomfortable with the DDs and am hoping I will not be nearly that large. I originally chose moderate full profile silicone in the 335cc. When I tried on the high profile sizers (after 4 visits!!!) that was it. The high profile looked best on my body. I still have not decided between 310/340/370 but my surgery is April 10. They ordered all 3 sizes and I will get to choose after talking to the surgeon again. I am starting to get excited:)

Omg yours is close!! Lucky! Let me know which one you choose I can't wait for my preop, I feel I would just be horrified if they came out too big!

I think it's a great idea for you to leave final decision to surgeon. Mine wouldn't operate on me unless I did that. You have to have realistic expectations. They only have what you have to work with. You know it's what they do all day every day and that's why we pay them the big bucks. I did get the new anatomic gummy implants 275 cc unders and am in love. I knew they could rotate but my surgeon is one of best in country and I trusted that he'd do his job well and I followed post op instructions to a T. And they feel soft and natural to me. They don't have to drop and fluff like rounds - I mean they are high and tight at first but there's none of that upper pole fullness - they have a really natural slope. I'm just really happy and I guess textured have much lower rate of capsular contracture which I definitely worried about. My PS has camera technology so I could image various sizes/implant types and that was VERY helpful. I am also small and athletic and I ride and compete jumper horses for a living so I was worried about going too big just for fact that my body already takes a lot from my job and I didn't want my upper body range of motion limited. I'm only 2 months out and everyone who has seen my boobs has said they would never know they weren't real. Good luck!

Hello! Thank you so much yes I was driving myself crazy on going in between round vs anatomical, I ended up swaying to round just because pretty much all of the other surgeons and research on the internet showed that there isn't too much of a difference in the final result and I like that round smooth have more natural movement, I really trust my surgeons expertise he is the only one that understands and is taking into consideration my small size and his before and after pictures are gorgeous (all of them under 400cc) so I'm assuming he specializes in the more natural smaller breasted look , def gonna leave the mod vs high profile up to him

Do you Def know what size you are doing? I've heard that if you're petite they usually recommend high profile because you don't have enough chest width to absorb fullness of mod or low profile implant. But only your PS knows your measurements. I just think it's most important you have a PS you really trust. Believe it or not I didn't even ask any of those questions when I went for my consult - like different profiles/types of implants. I've known my PS for a long time and I basically said I want a lot of lift without and actual lift and to be @ large C or small D. So I told him to just try out different options in OR and go with what looked best. Unfortunately I didn't find this site until after my surgery but luckily I'm in love with my result.

Oh and because your natural boobs are double a - this is good! Because there's so little breast tissue I assume you have absolutely no sagging - everything's already high and tight so you will probably get amazing results.

Yeah I believe my bwd is 11 and on my surgeons site most of the examples are the high profile so I have a feeling that's what he will suggest since I am narrow. I want to go really no bigger than 350, anything bigger than that will be too obvious and fake looking esp since I'm going with round

Ha ha ha bust them out during sexy time... It's so hard to know the right size when they all look so different on different ppl, right? I have to remind myself that even tho I know the whole point of getting BA is to NOT have to wear a padded bra I def still could if the mood for "mega cleavage" ever struck instead of hauling around massive boobs all the time... :p

Getting close to my pre-op eek! I'll get to pick my final size at preop but I'm getting so crazy about how big/small I wanna go. And I'm taking 5 days off of work (fri which is surgery day to Tuesday) will be driving to my sons daycare and hair appt on Tuesday morning which are both very close and to work on Wednesday morning, which is a 20min trek, I'm a good knee driver (lol safe right) but obv need to have usage of my hands, I'm not too worried about it just because I have done well with surgeries before and my body is healthy and heals well , but I'm wondering if this will be enough time

5 days out you will be past the majority of actual pain. After that it is more discomfort due to swelling and muscle spasms and I had a lot of nipple sensitivity. But actual pain where I needed pain killers was about 3 days. Just don't lift anything heavy and buy a step stool for your house so you don't have to reach above head for anything. If you have to open heavy doors/car door use both hands and try to use mostly forearm. If it's a door you can push open use your butt.

My advice on size would be if you try a sizer and it seems perfect go slightly bigger than that for implant because if you go under muscle some of implant is "lost". You might get home from surgery and be like "oh [RS bleep] I went too big" but once swelling subsides and they start to drop you don't want to get boob greed. My surgeon said 90% of his revisions are people who want to go bigger and the other 10% are people who go out of USA and get botched surgeries.

I'm going to guess they are about 300Cc anatomicals... Poss a little less given how thin she is. Nice boobs!
