UPDATED FROM Hotcoffee

New doctor and ready now

$7,600
Ive decided to do it and have a doctor I trust. My date is Feb 18. I loved the wsy I looked in the office with the 250cc sizers on with my shirt. I said that I wouldnt wsnt to be any bigger. Now Im doubting the size because most women 5'8 are going much bigger. How accurate are the sizers? Id like to be a small C cup.

I liked the doctor but Felt pressured by the office manager and am really glad I didnt end up going to this doctor. She didnt give me my $600 deposit back and raised her price sky high when I canceled one of my procedures (I was scheduled for two procedures). My new doctor said it wasnt right. Just be sure before you put any deposit down and get everything in writing. The paperwork/contract was so unprofessional and sloppy with no total amount or details. I ended up getting beautiful results at a better price from a much more professional office.

I am 5'7 and weigh 123 with very skinny long legs. I don't want to look out of porportion or top heavy for my build. For years I've worn a padded bra that makes me look like I am a size "C" sometimes. I like knowing I can take the bra off when I wear the super padded bra for parties or special occasions. I figure I can still wear a push up bra with a full B for those occasions.

I thought I wanted the same and I was disappointed with my 225 implants, even though it brought me to a D cup from 30A/B. Tiny implants are so similar to not having any, yet it takes weeks of recovery and thousands of dollars. You are taller than me-- I strongly recommend you get at least in the 300s. I have 350s now and they are perfect -- I can play them up or down and at no point do they look too big for my frame. For the 225, I always had to have a push-up or I looked really flat, just like before. Just a suggestion. I've been there, done that. That's why so many women get boob greed. And I had to have a revision because of other reasons, which is how I got the chance to go up in size.
Thank you so much for your comments Mamame. "even thought it brought me to a D cup"…..how can you be small with a D cup? What cup size are you with the 350CC? I would be VERY disappointed if I couldn't tell that I added anything. Did you doctor tell you 225 implants would look good? At some point I feel like I should do what the doctor recommends after I tell her what I want. She has the Vectra machine which is supposed to show me exactly what the implant will look like. Did you use the Vectra. Thank you for your comments I'm very interested in what you have to say.
Bra cup size is useless, completely, because it all looks different depending on the manufacturer. But think about it, a 30D is small compared to a 36D. I was worried about going so small because I told my first surgeon I wanted to make sure I could tell I had something done, and although he assured me I would, I wasn't happy with the outcome. He suggested overs for my anatomy (supposedly based on the shape of my pecs) but wouldn't allow me to even go up to 250, saying it wouldn't look good and the chance for sagging and complications, etc. so I listened to him. 9 months later I developed a skin infection which led to cap con and for the revision he insisted on staying with my overs. So I found a new doc who used Strattice for rippling and to prevent cap con and said he would try to put 350 unders in on the table, but not sure he could fit that on my little body. But he did. They are not too big, so I'm not sure why it was such a big deal, but measurements are measurements, right? The first doc was wrong because under the muscle looks great on me!! Check out my reviews for the whole story and pics. I'm in the same bras (30D) that I had for my 225s (and 30F fits, see? Makes no sense.) But these are fuller and wider. I needed push-up bras after surgery the first time, which makes no sense, and now I do not, unless I want va va voom!! (Which works when needed!!) let me know what you think. I love helping others try to get it right the first time.
Now I'm freaking out that you had an infection and cap con. I'm so happy for you now that you got the right size and under the muscle. If I don't chicken out I will ask my doctor more specific questions about getting the size right the first time. I'm going to check out your reviews now and hope you posted photos. Thanks again. I love this site. How did you know you had an infection? Was the first doctor Board Certified?
The infection was just a skin infection from a pimple near the nipple that developed into staph. Had nothing to do with the implants. Cap con developed several months after the infection cleared, a year after surgery. Even if you have a dental infection, cap con can develop because your body starts attacking the foreign body implant. No worries. With overs, you are at greater risk, which I knew, but because I am healthy, I never thought it would happen to me. But Strattice helps prevent it from recurring, and of course I went under the muscle this second time. My first and second docs were board certified and fabulous. No complaints at all :). Sometimes crap happens and ya gotta fix it!!!
I'm exhausted and a bit traumatized after reading your entire story. I know you are a positive person but I'm sort of a worrier and not sure I can do this. Maybe I'll be happy with just doing smart lipo on my abs and continue with the padded bras. I wish there was a guarantee with this surgery and I envy those who do it and love it! You look awesome!
Well you can do what you want but let me first tell you that it's been worth every single minute of recovery and every penny it's costed. Don't let my story scare you. Most women have no trouble at all-- and I don't consider this trouble because it's all fixed now. This procedure is amazing -- it changes everything in your life. They are something you will be grateful you did for yourself every single day, and I was not a woman who ever thought this was for me (some wish for it their whole lives). It is worth it. They are so much fun to have!! Trust me. I have lots of friends who've had it done and no one else has had complications. Let me know what you decide.
I'm scheduled for the 21 st this month. Hope I do it!
I am back! I think my doubts were partly a lack of confidence in the PS. I went to see a highly revered surgeon this week and I am still constantly thinking about it again. I think I would love it. This doctor will even put me on singular to help prevent my fears of cap con. His office staff and the consultation was very professional. I'll keep you posted. I'll have to wait until after my next mammogram which is December. Thanks for your encouraging words I just retread your comments "mama me"
