4 weeks post op Sientra classic anatomical 350cc

I still have some morning soreness, but very very little. I've been back to working out. I did dead lifts which was probably a bad idea because now I feel my right boob moving more. I don't know if that's normal or not. I think my right is slightly fuller at the bottom, but not too bad. I'm hoping that will change in the next month or so as everything continues to soften. I have noticed my nipples are pretty out there so I'm going to keep the pads in my sports bras :). I really love the look and feel. I feel sexy feminine and more confident. It's so strange; it really made a difference in how I view my body and feel. Im finally balanced

I am out of the blues BUT man I wish I went bigger! !! I was so paranoid about going too big. I wanted natural and I have it. I have been getting a LOT of "wow you look really good, did you put on a little weight? Something is different. .." with family and friends I say look closer and I stick out my chest. It's pretty funny that they look so much a natural part of me that even those I know well don't realize I have BOOBS :) from 34A to 32DD or 34D

When you get boob greed, just compare your before and after pictures. I think a larger size would not look as natural and perhaps made you look heavier than you really are. You'll be able to have so much fun with these, dressing them up or down. Be sure to wait a few more weeks before investing in expensive bras! Try to get by with some cheap bras for a while as you'll notice some more gradual changes over time.
Your results look so good! Mine started to look bigger to me as they softened, which mine took 5 1/2 months for my muscles to fully relax and as that happened I felt like my lower pole started to look larger and more filled out. Even though they don't drop, your body will adjust to having implants for months and you'll see gradual changes!

Thank you :) it's pretty exciting. I cant wait til they are exactly what they'll be. My left doesn't seem as full in the bottom as my right but I am only 26 days post op so hopefully things will even out
So u didn't get the round ones right ? U got the shaped tear drop?
I got Sientra classic shaped so they're textured and have the more subtle anatomical shape

Oh I'm sure I can't wait to do mine however I have to go with around implants because I'm not a good candidate for the anatomical

6 days post op suddenly depressed not sure why and wishing I went bigger
I LOVE my new boobs but I'm wondering if they are big enough. I am not swollen at least not that I can tell and my Sientra classic shaped implants are pretty hard. I heard they don't drop much if at all due to the texture and shape but they eventually soften as the muscle relaxes. My surgeon said they will get softer but not bigger. Not sure what my problem is. I am feeling down....post surgery blues???

It is common to feel a little blue around 1 week post op. Hope you are feeling a little better this week as your breasts begin to settle in! Update us when you can. I think you have gorgeous results!
Ahhhh thank you :) I am SO happy I finally did it and I think the shaped implant is perfect for my body and the natural look I wanted
