Thigh lift - very, very disappointing

I did a thigh lift with Dr. Ortega in Ibody in Miami and all I can say is that it is the worst experience I have had there was no contact and no communication after surgery. I had made an appt to see him 2 weeks after my appointment due to an infection and traveled 4.5 hours down to Miami only to be told he was out of the office and no one knew when he would return.

I ended up going to my local doctor and he treated he infection. I sent emails an pictures to their post emails before infection started because something didn't feel right but I never got not one email corresponded too. The front staff body are rude and dismissive. What I understood from here is you will be treated kindly until you get your operation.

After that you no longer exist on them and they do not care for your well-being. I have done a mommy makeover with Dr Stover and I will Rave about her all the time she is with Xiluet in Miami.

Do not go to Dr. Ortega for any procedures he is not professional enough to get back to his patient after surgery actually no one checked up. I saw him the next day after surgery and he made an appt to see him in a month but like I said above I rescheduled the appointment and the office didn't even have the courtesy to give me a call and cancel my appointment.

I had to drive down and find out he wasn't in the office and that no one knew when he would come back. I sent over 6 emails to after post surgery and not one was answered. Very, very disappointing.
