Laxity in upper thighs after thigh lift - disappointed & not worth the money

Hello my name is Veronica and I searched for many years for a plastic surgeon after my Weightloss. I started on California with 3 renowned plastic surgeons. I could not use any of them because of the 3 week stay after surgery. I started looking for plastic surgeons that were closer to me. When Covid started I had plenty of time to look snd review and make calls. I did just that. 8 days later I called a plastic surgeon in Bowling Green Ky. Dr Bernard Salameh. I talked to his patient coordinator at that time brittney and she was very informative. Answered all my questions in detail. Got me set up with a virtual and it was free for 2 weeks later. Dr salameh called on video and he was very sweet very informative as well answered all my questions we spoke on virtual for 2.5 plus hours! I was impressed and said I’m ready to make a deposit and schedule for June! Hopeing covid would be over. He said he would do revisions if needed and stand behind his work because it was his passion not a job to make people feel awesome about themselves and if they didn’t he would fix it! I was sold! So excited. I got my deposit made and called brittney 1000 times with more questions and with myself not liking to get put under she made me feel at ease! My first part of my journey was a 360 lipo wit an extended tummy tuck and fat transfer to my bottom,I came in the day before stayed at a hotel close then went in and net with Matt their anesthogist at that time Amazing also made me feel at ease! Met dr salameh and he was such an inspiration cried with me saying I did all the hard work now he just gets to sculpt it! He took time to plan it out. It was nothing short of amazing, I came too recovery went back to hotel they called to check on me I went back over the next morning I felt amazing pain meds were great! He checked me and I was able to go home. We talked back and forth for days but on the 6th day I cried and asked myself what the hell did I do this for? not being able to stand up straight, or to have a bowel movement bc it hurt my tummy finally thst passed got my drains removed I felt like a million bucks! I scheduled my next part of my journey. Arm lift breast dug breast lift implants and side skin removed for upper part of my stomache 3 months later September 6 2020. I had a few imperfections when i went in for 2nd surgery Dr salameh addressed them and we decided to take skin off each side plus breast lift breast aug and implants and arm lift lipo another great surgery I cried when I saw my arms and still cry bc they are beautiful but my breast dropped immediately and we addressed those in December bc they needed to be revised he agreed and stood behind his work so December 10,2020 we redid breast lift breast aug side skin and cut all theunder my breast basically a reverse tummy tuck took off 8 more inches of skin underneath breasts. Redid implants and set them higher. I was happy no pain stayed in hotel came back for check up next day went home that day. Of course I was estatic and made my next appt for extended thigh lift bbl he said I did not need a lower body lift after the 3 plastic surgeons in California said that I did in my virtual consultations with them. I trusted Dr Salameh and thought well he’s got me through this far did revision looks great then my last surgery I felt like I was a heard of cattle totally different after I let them you tube tape all my surgeries hoping he would not get too big and arrogant but he did! This surgery was different I had alot if impurities from the lipo he did from the inside straight down past my knee about 4 inches and he did fst transfer to my bottom which he said I didn’t have a lot of fat it was 95% skin he got what he could. I went to my hotel came back next morning for check up and for them to change bandages and faja compression horrible experience and a massage was not happy went home after about 2 weeks I was still swollen felt like I had needles in my legs called talked to cara she said that was normal fast forward to 4 weeks to get stitches out called was told I could take them out instead of driving 2 hours to bowling green I was ok with that! But could tell they had changed in bedside manner…I was seeing the impurities the lumps and bumps they said give it time it will smooth out I wore my compression and bought another 180.00 from dr salameh I wore them for 4 months after surgery bc I was not comfortable with out them called and took pics and had got a keloid on my right knee they said yes it needed to be revised but he thought now I needed the lower body lift! I was so upset I spent well over $39,000.00 staging all of these surgeries and this last surgery was horrible and my tummy tuck seems like it’s not correct bc of my pooch that I also told cara and took pics of we conversed back and forth he was losing his staff left and right I questioned it but was told everything is gone just opened a new office so there was changes I knew better…fast forward this was in February and we waited 9 months so they were going to schedule me for a lower body lift that following February but my daughter was going to graduate in May and I got scared I wouldn’t be healed so rescheduled for June well low and behold Dr salameh is no longer doing surgeries and dr saba that took over does not do revisions and I even had a virtual and in person consultation and he said I looked great snd if he couldn’t make my appearance 1000 times better he wouldn’t do the surgery. I thought long and hard was scared to even go back for a revision but thought I’m giving them another chance snd let dr saba do it do I called Brittney back and she was gone…I was mortified. So Nolly talked to Dr saba and he said he would not do the surgery because it would not benefit me maybe a 30% improvement I was on with that he wasn’t,Nolly said let’s see if we can get you a revision refund for the thigh lift and of course they don’t do that either. So I’m left with impurities laxity in my upper thighs I don’t want to wear shorts or a bathing suit bc I’m so embarrassed and I heard the reason Dr salameh is not doing surgeries is bc he was being sued I asked they denied that. Dr saba is the medical director and surgeon so my fight is lost and now I have had 3 more consultations thst cost 150,00 a piece for those surgeons telling me I need a lower body lift snd revision on my thighs. I would not recommend this practice very disappointed and hurt. I thought they were like family but I was wrong. I also read another review that this same thing happened to her.
