Update on my transformation:
Dr Howard Webster said I couldn't heal better if I tried!! He is impressed!!
Funny how I didnt know what was under all that fat and loose skin!!
I've now got paper tape on my incisions that need weekly changes. Still nursing an opening on my back- changing dressings a couple of times a day.
Can do a little bit more walking. No compression garment at night.
He is and I Am so happy with my progress!!
Nice neat lines!!
Still quite swollen. But that'll take a month or 2 to settle.

Post OP Day 16-17
All is going well and healing pretty well. I took my compression socks off for a day and my ankles really swelled up, so I've put them back on and all the swelling is gone. Needing to get dressing changed in my upper bum crack daily with the local nurse (this is my only worry area at the moment). It's clearing up well. I see the PS on Tuesday for my 2nd post op review. Fingers crossed some of the incisions will get paper tape on them as they are looking really good.
I'm moving around easier and have tried sleeping on my side for short periods.
Only having 'duck baths' at the moment. Feeling good and optimistic!
Can't wait to have a proper shower and see my transformed body when all the swelling goes down.

Thankyou so much for posting,you look wonderful. I'm sure you can't wait to see how fabulous your really going to look and feel once all the swelling subsides.. please post again as your recovery is important to us who are about to undertake the same journey..

Progress and more pictures
Day 7 PO.
Everyday has been better than the previous. Tomorrow I head home (a 3hr drive- Melb to Yarrawonga).
All drains and urinary cath' came out yesterday. Am walking laps around the nurses station/ward a few times a day. Everything is looking good.

I'm 11 days PO now.
Everything is going really smoothly. Still no real pain and I'm only taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. Everyday I'm able to move around a little easier.
I've got my 2nd PO appointment on the 31st Dec for a check up and change of dressings.

Great to know all ok. Booked in for facial surgery with Howard in Jan...super nervous!
He is absolutely amazing! There is no need to worry about the procedure or the out come! He is the best In the industry.... my opinion, however there is so many great stories and evidence of is work. An artist!
