Did Dr Lenz do both procedures at the same time and the $15,000 was for both? I want to have both done as well and am looking for a Dr in basically the same area (I live on the Space Coast) Hope you are feeling well and healing.
Yes. She did both at the same time. The $15,000 also included one night in hospital. That was worth it. The nurses were great and helped lot.
Was yours considered a medial thigh lift? I like the idea of not having scars down my leg but I also need tightened all the way to my knee. The pain and healing of your incision area kinda scares me. Are you still regretting the thigh lift you had over the "down the leg" one? What about your arms are you unhappy with? My arms are freakishly huge and lumpy. Pretty sad living in Florida with these thighs and arms. Hope you are doing well and thank you so much for sharing your story and pics. It is so helpful, especially since I may be using the same doctor.
My doctor called it a medial thigh lift but I do regret not having the down the leg incision. My inner thighs are still quite large and I feel like the other way would have tightened the skin more. I’m kinda happy with my arms but I wish I would’ve massaged them more and blended the starting and stopping points with the lipo areas. Good luck with your surgery
Have you talked to your dr about revisions? I think ounces the vertical incision on your thighs for sure and also a revision on least one arm. I’ve needed a few revisions too. It’s a pain in the ass. But if we’re going to spend all this money and go through all this with the surgeries we really should be happy
Sounds like a good idea but if you mention it now, they’ll just say it’s not “done” yet. I’ll probably wait a year then ask. Thank you for the suggestion
You’re going to wait a whole year to speak up? At three months you have a pretty good idea of what it’s going to look like. It may change a little but I won’t change a lot. I think you need revisions and you can have them at six months. I would talk to them and I would stand up for myself
My Doctor called it a crescent thigh lift. It only addresses like the 4 inches of skin from your inner leg crease. Just the loose skin. Sadly it doesn't make the thighs much smaller. I had this done last year.
I think you look fantastic...big improvement!
I think they look great. My legs are similar to yours, it is nice to find someone who had big change and smooth looking thighs without having the big scar down inner thigh. Thanks for sharing.

How are you doing? Have your openings closed and have you had anymore? Hoping you're doing better girl!
I ended up having 2 holes open up. One is closed and the other is slowly closing. I’ve just gotten a foam pillow to sit on and it seems to help a lot. I use it when driving and at work. Arms are doing great. I’ve been really massaging arms and legs a lot now. Still seem lumpy in places, but I’ll find out today from doctor if I should keep doing that. Thank you for asking
I had a hole open too, it made me extremely nervous! My doc kept reassuring me it would close. It takes weeks but it WILL eventually close. Trust the process.

Kzyhouse... haha. Fancy meeting you here...
I've had this type of thigh lift last summer. Use compression socks! It will force your feet and lower leg to re-absorb the extra fluid and works amazingly well! Take Care!
Thank you. I’ll give this a try :). Were you happy with your lift? I’m still wishing I’d done the other type.
No, I live in Marietta, Ga. My doc is very conservative and doesn't do the medial incisions because of the long scars. I'm a nurse and this is not my first rodeo. I've had 2 surgeries, with the same doc, 4 yrs apart, each surgery more aggressive but he would NOT do medial thigh incisions. Now, $22K in the hole and still poor results, plus I'm 58 yrs old! this is a tough surgery, the toughest I've ever had and I've had a body lift , 2 tummy tucks, brow lift and upper bleph x 2, neck lift, and lipo. That all said, I'm going back at 1 yr post op armed with the photos of thigh lift with medial incisions. My email is nnp416@gmail.com. I'll share my pics there and we can talk more if you like.

Did you do your arms and thighs at same time? OUCH!
Yes. Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be;)
I think your looking great. I''m getting my lower posterior, thighs and arm lift in march 2019 and was worried about the pain from the arms but after seeing how good you look, I'm glad I'm doing it all at once....Don't second guess yourself you really do look really good and remember you're only going to get better! Whoop whoop!
Thank you. I’m doing more pictures later today. The swelling has finally started going down. I wish I’d taken more time off work though. You really need to plan on laying with feet and arms elevated for 2 weeks. Have enough food ready, clothes cleaned and ready and what ever you might think you need ready so you don’t have to overdo anything. They say to walk as much as you can, but walking to bathroom and kitchen would have been enough for me. Good luck with your procedures and I can’t wait to see the pictures
You were so brave and results look great!
Thank you
