Day 6 full thigh and butt lift (Dr Ellen Janetzke!) also pics of previous updated breasts! The
WORTH IT
Had two tubes removed yesterday. Healing nicely. Moving around better today. Still awkward tight. I did not have lipo on rear thigh hip area. Revision may be in my future it’s not uncommon with extensive work. Legs are looking good. Lots of setting and changing going to continue. Backside still very swollen.
** I have included my breast update. Again… in 1998 I had a lift and implants. 22.5 years later and when I couldn’t take it anymore as the implants had progressively shifted to the sides and my own skin snd tissue sagged and no longer lined up with the implants I had them done redone early 2021 and revised a bit after. A lot of repair was done in the side pockets and a full lift and smaller implants were put in.
For the final result I did go back for a revision to remove a bit more under skin to lift a bit more and even out the look.
Same Doctor who did breast did my legs snd butt!
**** I am very happy with my experiences with
Dr Ellen Janetze and her entire office staff. They are professional, patient, explains with understanding, available and kind!
Friday surgery- pain meds and very difficult to move around. Determined to walk a little extra even in middle of night when I got up to use bathroom. Continued this routine throughout each day.
Saturday- pain meds a little faint a couple times last night and this night. orange juice really helped. Showered today and everyday.
Sunday- Tylenol only no more faint feeling when I got up still very uncomfortable. Took laps around the house carefully. Determined. Still uncomfortable to sleep.
Monday- more of the same but each day better than the last.
Tuesday- a little better relatively speaking.
Wednesday - Dr removed two out of three drains. I did not realize I could sit so practice that today and standing at counter doing modified version of high knees haha low knees but the tight awkward sensations scared me but dr arrived me I was ok
Today!!! Thursday. Day 6
Wrapped my own legs. Carefully still not fully moving or bending but I feel progressively better.
I use me gripper gadget a lot. And also to help get my pants on and pull the covers over my legs. Snd of course to teach or pick something up.
I can’t wait to ride my bike, run, squat would be amazing since sitting is as far as I can move right now! :)

Getting marked before surgery
I meant to add these to the update. Hard to believe it’s possible to have so much skin. I newly dedicated dedicated to stepping up my healthy lifestyle adding unrefined carbs. Removing refined carbs. I was never good at that. It was either bad carbs or no carbs. :)

Oct 2022 and finally a Medial, Bilateral, Vertical Thigh lift and Posterior lift with Autologous dermal flap butt lift
I had my full thigh and butt lift done 10/21 early am and today is Tuesday afternoon. When I saw my legs the first time and then compared my pics, I broke down crying. Happy emotional tears. Tears of release. Everything’s either tight or swollen and I know the quality of my skin doesn’t get better but to see the size difference alone makes me happy. I was told they removed 7 lbs of skin. I’ll find out tomorrow more info at my appointment. I feel awkward and uncomfortable but manageable. I switched to Tylenol for discomfort since Sunday morning and I get up and move around through the day. Each day gets better.
I have plenty of pics and tips to come I’m just getting them organize and will post.
Ps I previously had a beast revision. The 1998 breast implants shifted to sides and weight gain and age changed the look plus these surgeries do need updating. Pics to come.
