4 months post scar update.

WORTH IT
Here are my scars at 4 months post. I am now 5 months post so no real changes from this picture. Getting there I supposed but I’m not in no rush, the weather is crappy here anyway so it’s usually always leggings or jeans for me.

Looks great!!, I always wanted to do leg surgery, but now I’m too old.
How old is TOO old? I am 68, soon to be 69, and i wish to get a arm, thigh and possible body lift done. Did a doctor tell you you were too old?
Where is ur doc located and cost
Located Gloucester UK. It cost me around £8500.
Nice price do you have a Business card so you can take a photo and send to me. Thank you
Looks great. I'm in Houston,TX and paid $13,500

10weeks post.

10 weeks post. I have been back to normal activities from 6 weeks with no issues.
I cycle daily, I walk around 3/4 miles a day too and cannot complain about anything.
I use e45 on my scars and sun cream.
Scar areas are still numb but doesn’t bother me at all. :)

You look great. How many inches lost? What was the cost?
Thank you for sharing your feedback! You look great!
You look amazing!!! This is so inspiring!
Great scars. What is e45? I'm 5 days po. I used silicone tape with my first procedure and found it cumbersome so I'm looking for other options.
Hi sorry for the late reply; yes e45.

Cost was around £8400 I think.

Only 1 inch on each side. But it was appearance I was after not weight or inch loss :)
ORIGINAL POST

Exceeded my Expectations.

I had my bilateral thigh lift with Mr Chapman in March 2021 and so far I am extremely happy with the results. I have not worn dresses/shorts/capris since I was a child and now at 30 I’m looking forward to doing all these things this summer.
I seen Mr Chapman twice before my operation and then a few times after. I went back to the hospital for wound checks weekly for the first 6 weeks too.
I still have an appointment to see him 3 months post op and I’m thinking there is another after that I’m not sure.
My recovery has been amazing, the first two weeks were rough but after 6 I was then given the go ahead to resume my normal activities.
I am now 8 weeks post, cycling twice daily and walking 3/4 miles too.
My legs do swell but not noticeably and only very slightly.
All in all I’m really happy and will not hesitate to use Mr Chapman again should I have any more surgeries. He’s really lovely to talk to and does not make you feel anything but at ease whilst you’re at your most vulnerable.
Thank you Mr Chapman for my new legs! :)

looks beautiful...but where were your incisions?
In my groin, and down my thighs, passed my knees and about half way down my calves.
Did you have any incision opening? I heard that's a very common area. I've had my stomach/flanks done and want to do thighs, but honestly so worried about the pain and healing process!
Nope none
Hello why was the leg done all the way down to calf?? Looks excellent though - how much pain afterwards?? Could you sit and stand??
Because I had loose skin all the way down past my knees and loose skin on my calves.
Yes I could sit and stand afterwards. Walking was slightly difficult but managed it, it got better day by day. The first day or two wasn’t the best but kept getting up every 20 mins or so to walk to the toilet and get a drink to avoid dvt.
