Dr. Hughes gave me back the thighs of my twenties

I am six weeks post-op of a BBL and groin-incision thigh lift with Dr. Hughes.
I am very pleased. Dr. Hughes has taken twenty years off of my thighs. I had loose skin from weight loss, sun damage, and aging.
I would not go to any other surgeon for body work. On top of his impressive credentials, Dr. Hughes is pleasant, and importantly, an excellent communicator both in person and with prompt, personal email responses. I will update with photos as I continue to heal, but I am thrilled and grateful for and to Dr. Hughes for my result. I highly recommend him! I wish that I had had this done ten years ago.

Still healing well! I expect to be back to…

Still healing well! I expect to be back to normal life by week eight. I fell at week two and caused incision splitting. Otherwise I would be back to life by now. I am still very happy!
Dr. Hughes is the only doctor I would ever go to for any body-work.

Did you get a posterior thigh lift as well, or just inner thighs? Thank you!!

Negative Update

It has now been a year and a half since my medial thigh lift.
I would now rate it as “not worth it” as it has caused my lower butt to sag. I am quite devastated about this.
Evidently this is not treatable with any revision; a doctor recently told me it could actually make things worse and that the scar might migrate downward even further.
