Consultation review: requested thigh lift quote - unprofessional & insensitive

Dr. Hungria was very uncensitive when I requested a quote for a thight lift. He asked for pictures and once I send them he said that it is better to exercise than to have surgery. I have extra skin due to weight lost and that hasn't resolved with exercise. It is very unethical that he tell me that I should exercise when I have tried everything to avoid surgery. If he wasn't comfortable performing this type of surgery he shoud've just said it and avoid offensive comments.
