I’ve had one treatment July 28. 2 nights ago my husband and I had intercourse first time since procedure. A little tenderness but SO improved We could not have intercourse bc of pain before. My second of three treatments is Sept 1st. More updates to come.

After reading and researching I decided that I would try thermiva for my 62 year old lady parts. I have had painful intercourse, dryness, difficulties with orgasm and incontinence. (I’ve been taking Osphena for 7 yrs and it has stopped working) I was excited to hear about this treatment and spoke with Kelly at M&M. I found M&M through RealSelf in my city and the procedures they perform. . Kelly explained all about thermiva over text/call. I scheduled the first appointment and had first treatment today! Blanche was the nurse practitioner who did the procedure. Very friendly and informative They treat the top first and then inside with a radio frequency heated wand. It was a little hot a couple of times but she moved wand slightly and it was ok. Took about 30 minutes. I go back for the second of three treatments September 1st. Excited to experience intercourse again with my husband soon. (You can have sex right away with no down time!). More to come!!
