Thermiva for internal tightening

So I've had the second and the third treatment. Still nothing. I'm not even bothered writing this review because I have nothing too say. No changes. No tightness. No increased sensitivity during intercourse. The Dr suggested I also start Kegels or some sort of pelvic floor training. However after paying just over $3000 I expect Thermiva to have made SOME difference. I was really not happy with that answer. Not that every woman shouldn't be doing something to stay healthy down there, but what did I just pay so much money for? If I see any improvements I'll keep you guys posted.

I don't know about the women who noticed pain, but you could read a magazine while it's happening. Very quick too. It's been three weeks since the first treatment and so far I'm not too happy. There is zero difference in the tightness during sex. If anything it has made it worse because I feel like I'm more wet than before, which means there's even less friction than before. There was definitely more sensitivity the the labia and clitoris. But that's it. I'm really dissappointed. Has anyone else had this experience?
