Thermage did not work

monicastle
$2,800
36yo. 5’7” 120lbs, mother of three. While on a cruise ship last June (and hating my extra tummy skin), I allowed the spa doctor on the ship to convince me to get Thermage. It hurt, but no more than a tattoo. I haven’t gained or lost any weight, but I still haven’t seen results 5 months later. I did think it was working, but after looking at my pictures, it doesn’t appear that it has. Infact, it seems like it’s gotten worse instead of better. I will continue to monitor progress over the next month, but I doubt I’ll see any changes at this point.

I have to say, you got good result. Especially on the 4th month. Neben on the 5th month, your skin looks noticeable improvement. I mean it.

Have you tried any other treatments that have/haven't worked? Looking to find something for the same issue after 3 kids...

I haven’t tried anything yet. I promise to update if I decide to try again. Have you found anything? What are you considering?

I think you have to do it a few times and over a long period of time. Sounds like 4 or 5 treatments might be what’s needed.

Not Thermage lol it’s a treatment that takes 6 months for the results to become visible and you usually do it once every 2 years my lady charges $2500 per treatment and has the best machine

Yes. Maybe I needed a few more rounds, but I think it’s little too painful and expensive to continue. I have little faith in thermage for my case. I don’t know what procedure would help. I think there is just too much skin.
