Thermalipo - I can't stop looking at my new figure in the mirror!

Best thing I've done for myself! I'm 3 weeks out from a Thermalipo 360 with Jennifer Adams PA-C at Nowak Aesthetics and at 60 this procedure has been both physically and mentally transformative. I've lost 3 inches off my waist so far-with Thermalipo your swelling continues to decrease for 3 months and tissue continues to tighten. I was awake through the whole process. The nurses gave me some anti-anxiety meds and a shot in the bum to numb which left me feeling fine. Honest I wasn't even aware that the lipo had started, I just thought I was chatting with Jennifer. Lol. There were times during the lipo that I felt a strange tugging sensation, but no real pain. Afterwards I was given a Thermage treatment to create new collagen and tighten my skin. Then I was bundled up like a burrito and sent home with detailed aftercare instructions. The first week of recovery was challenging I'll admit, I was swollen and couldn't even tie my shoes (tip-get slip on shoes), I was prescribed a diuretic pill and that did the trick! Lipo is a process...which gets better as each day passes. I've had 3 aftercare appointments and feel very pampered by the Nowak staff. And I can't stop looking at my new figure in the mirror! Any woman who has gone through menopause and lost her waist knows the depressing feeling it can bring. This procedure and the care of the Nowak team has brought my confidence back and I feel a renewed sense of strength in my life.
