Will no longer use her - no improvement after $5,000 treatment

After using Dr Weschler for many years, I had a bad experience which really made me loose trust in her. She charged me $750 to apply TCA acid to a dark spot on my forehead (took 2 minutes) and she also recommended a Thermage treatment for my neck. I am 67 years old and my neck is in really bad shape. I did the $5,000 treatment and there was no improvement. I subsequently decided to get a neck lift and all four of the surgeons I've met with said the same thing..."your dermatologist should not have done Thermage on your neck as you're a very poor candidate for this treatment and it has reduced what little fat you had in your neck and caused damage to the neck muscles.". It's not possible to do a fat transfer to one's neck. Thanks Amy, really appreciate your help.
