I went to Dr. Lucian Rivela several years ago when the implants I had were way too large and were causing headaches and shoulder pain. He said he could lift them and make them smaller. Right after surgery, you could tell they were uneven. One seemed to have bottomed out from the get go. He did 2 more surgeries to try to correct them and then my husband said no more. I now have 2 breasts that are very different in size and shape. The nipples have jagged edges, the left one pulls in on the vertical scar on the bottom of it. On the right breast there is 5 1/4 inches from the bottom scar to the nipple and there is 4 1/4 inches between the bottom scar and the nipple on the left one. This is not a problem I ever had before! This problem causes all of my clothes and bras to pull down and to the right. The pull on the bra straps cause constant muscle tension and headaches on my left shoulder. I hate the way they look, have lost a lot of time with horrible headaches and I can't believe the thousands of dollars I have spent with Dr. Rivela just to have the misshaped and mismatched breasts that I have.

He was courteous but did not listen to me. I tried to tell him that the pockets were different sizes and that I needed 2 different size implants but he put the same size in each. Also I wanted a reduction from a 36 DD to a C but I still wear a 36 DD.
