I had been thinking about having a neck (medium) lift for several years. I did not want to have to drive to Tampa 2 days in a row. I had gone to a plastic surgeon in my area for a consultation and would have had to have had the procedure done in a hospital under general anesthesia and the cost was a lot more than I wanted to pay.
I went to a seminar put on by Dr. Castellano and his staff, met some of his patients and was impressed by their looks and testimonials. When I found out that I could have the procedure done in the Villages, I was sold. I loved Dr Castellano, who was totally professional and his assistant, Marie, who was so kind, caring and friendly. I am extremely happy with the results. All my friends think I look fabulous, and so do I.
