The after care service is not great at all , i was told to go to A and E the day I came home from hospital as I started bleeding , not impressed .

I am only 2 weeks PO and I have swelling pretty bad just like yours. I find it gets much worse later in the day. I just started using an ab board and I hope it helps. Another RS lady suggested this product called Experience from Awareness Life. I haven't tried it yet, but I am thinking it may help get some impurities out of the system which would help your body flush out more through your lymphatic system. It is a colon cleanser supplement. You are still very early I'm recovery too. I am giving myself a full 6 months to a year for swelling to die.
Thanks for the advice will look into trying that stuff , will take any thing at the moment to get rid of this swelling , my swelling is the same day and night I'm just hoping it's not some thing else or this will be the end result , I wish you a speedy recovery and hope your swelling goes away quick xx
Thanks and a little update, wherever the board was sitting my belly was completely flat. But the board I have is a bit narrow, so I just purchased a more flexible bigger board that will hopefully help better. So perhaps try some lipo foam or an ab board that is large enough to goes across your entire lower abdomen.
What works for me is eating cucumber, pineapple, and taking probiotics. Ice helps too! Good luck!

6 week update

Well things are improving I still have a lot of swelling especially the left side , I really can't drink any more water than what I am , the scar / incision at the moment is very thin in places which is good , however I'm still really uncomfortable wearing the binder 24/7 and the swelling above my incision line makes me look about 3 months pregnant , I do feel disappointed with the results so far but I am also aware it's still early days , just wish I could fast forward 6 months and feel normal again will up load photos later , thanks x
