It's not cheaper but I wanna go to the best of the best as it's such a complicated surgury that's why I'm Going to gongora in Mexico as he is well known for butt implants . Also get a 5 night stay and lipo included in the package for butt implants . I'm actually scared to death and getting cold feet I read all these horror stories on here abiut complications and pray that I don't encounter any

Yeah i have seen his reviews on here, he is a great surgeon. Even dr standon would be amazing. Yeah i keep changing my mind. I want it so much tho. I have never had a butt and i train so hard. I think i will still want it if i dont do it. So i might as well get it over with and start healing. Try not read the bad reviews. They dont help. Just be positive and follow all the instructions. You will be fine. You have an experienced surgeon :).

Your around my size. I really think i should have been able to go a little bigger. Everyone else my size has 275-300 at least. I see my surgeon again in two weeks so i ill let you know if he will give me bigger.

Yeh I suppose more people are likely to write about negative experiences then good ones I'm sure there are so many people in the world with complication free but implants ! I think I'm so nervous because it's a foreign country and what would I do if I encounter complications when I'm back in Australia as there is no surgeons here apart from One or two that even say they do butt implants (don't thjnk I would trust them but)

Yes I'm freaking out don't know if it's a good idea or not :( I just don't know of any Aussie surgeon has enough experience did he show you many before and afters? I like how gongora includes lipo and fat grafting I want a bit of lipo to get rid of small areas of fat around the waist so I get the best result and the fat grafted to smooth out the implant. Is his price just for implants ?

Having no bum is horrible. We can forget about it either because everyday you get dressed you think about your butt.. well i do lol. Everything looks baggy on the bum part and i think it looks so gross. So no matter what i got to do it so i dont have to worry anymore aboit it. He has only done about 5 butt implants. I was really worried at first butt i dont feel like i have any other option. I couldnt go overseas. I was gona go to thialand to a surgeon who has doen heaps. I could do it tho, it was to much to worry about. I still change my mind all the time lol. It doesnt feel really yet that if i go thru with this its 2 months away. Are you kinda feeling like this?. Also dr patric is going to.give me free outter thigh lipo. I hold my fat there and he thinks its needed for a better butt shape :).

Wow only 5. Yeh it's such a complex procedure so not many surgeons do it firstly because it's complex and secondly because of complication rate. I know I need to decide I have ten days to put down my deposit and I need to get it done in June but I'm [RS bleep] scared of going over there myself and the flight home. There's so much to worry about this is killing me !

Yeah i know 5 is nothing. He is new to it. He is the best in wa tho. God you in a simular position as me. I need to put my deposit down on the 24th of this month. I don't know and I'm more confused then ever I want this so bad but traveling overseas really scares me I would love to get it done in Australia. Did he measure your butt vertical and horizontal to see the size he could fit in ? I definerky would want atleast 300-360 to go through all that pain and recovery I also want fat grafting to fill out the bottom of the butt as implants are placed high and can sometimes leave minimal volume in the bottom of the butt which creates that pointy look up top. I take it he doesn't graft the fat back in that he gets from the lipo would you know ?

Yeah i can imagine. It would be diffrent if it was breast implants or some other surgery but this surgery is so intence and theres so many complications. I actually have no idea how he messured me. I was just laying down so not sure how he did it. I am going to ask him this friday about the lower portion of my butt as i am worried it might look pointy. If i can get the fat put in there i will. Only thing is that the fat can effect the healing of the insiction cas it can leak out. I will let you know friday what the surgeon thinks :).

Oh yeah thanks i know who your talking about. The lady called barbiewannabe?.. i think thats her name. Yeah i think he should have at least done 400-450. The implant doesnt fully fit her bum. He is charging me ＄7,000 them will the hospital and everything else it will be around ＄13,000. Have you seen a review from a girl called shortys?. She has very simular body to me and got 275 antomical implants. I would hate to go thru all this and it not be noticable at all.

Plenty of good PS there. I'm actually saving up for my own. I will get mainly lipo but I decided for some of the fats to be transferred to my behind, might as well! Lol

I am getting 240cc round with lipo on my outer thighs. I have only booked two weeks of work. How long did it take you to feel ok to drive as getting to work is my only worry.
