Only 2.5 years in and I'm done! I'm sick of not being able to sleep on my tummy, tops not fitting properly, people staring at my chest and stupid amounts of side boob. They look ridiculous on my small frame and I'm mad as hell that I did this to myself!

I had them removed two days ago and will upload progress pictures for those who want to keep track..

Good for you! I am like you...beat myself up for getting them because I looked much better before than I do now after explant!! I had mine for 13 years though. I bet only having them for 2.5 years you will pop back quickly (literally).

Well just had the compression bra taken off and it's looks like I've boucned back pretty well!

I just posted some updated photos as I had the compression bra and dressings taken off today. I'm really happy! If they fluff a bit ill be even happier, but if I've learnt anything out of this whole experience it's that I don't need to look perfect!

My implants look pretty similar to yours did pre explant (shape, size, etc) and i'm also 24, though i've had mine for almost 6 years. If I bounce back as well as you have i'll be thrilled! I'm still in the consultation process - both surgeons i've seen so far have told me they'll look like i've breast fed 10 children if I get them taken out :\ I'm getting so sick of them though. I just want to get them out so I can begin the healing process. Regardless of what the doctor's have said, i've seen so many great stories online and post-op photos like yourself, I believe mine will also find their way back to their original form (I hope!).

I knew they wouldn't be super perky, but with a bra they're just fine!! I'm only four days post up though, so they might perk up a bit more. It got to the point where I'd rather have deflated natural boobs than 'perfect' artificial breasts..

Just had the compression bra and dressings removed at three days post op. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised! My breasts seem to have bounced back relatively well, although there is some fluffing still to be done, and loose skin that hopefully will tighten up. They look almost as they did before implants, although I've lost some fullness (not that I had much there to begin with). At this stage, if they stayed like this forever if be happy, but if they fluff and tighten up a bit ill be ecstatic! Will be sure to provide more photos over the coming weeks.

For this wanting implants removed without a lift, there is hope!

10b before and 10dd after. Not difficult to use chest muscles; am taking it easy on doctors orders though, but I feel quite strong!

SO much more comfortable! And the recovery time is quite short; definitely not as painful or traumatic as the BA.

Here are some updated pics. I don't think there's been much change.. The incisions don't hurt much at all, except if I knock them. I am having a few shooting pains every now and then (nerves reconnecting) but nothing I cant handle. I can feel a bit of fluid sloshing around in my right breast, and if I touch it hard I feel a sort of popping sensation; not sure if this is also fluid? Sleeping on my side isn't a problem now and I'm just generally enjoying life being back to my old self!

No capsules taken out. I never had any issues with mystery pains or sickness, so I decided not to undergo such major surgery if it wasn't necessary.
