Two months of being back on Tretinoin...

So my doctor decided to prescribe me with 0.1% Tretinoin. I've been going through a pretty mild purging stage the last two months. I first started using it once a week and then every three days. Now I'm using it every other day and I plan on always using it every other day. Since I like to do other things to my skin, so I like to alternate between each Retin A use. =)

My acne is pretty hormonal. I have plenty of red hyper-pigmentation from the purging stage, which sucks! I wish it would end already, I've been dealing with acne for so long! It makes me depress sometimes, but I've had days where my skin was completely cleared up. :/ I'm going to stick to Retin A and see what it could do for me. Since a lot of people has had success on it.

In the last two months... I've had continuous breakouts. Maybe a few clear days, but I at least get a breakout once a week. I notice less of a break out after two months, but I still have these little bumps all over my face. Plus redness and I'm noticing blackheads and chest acne. Which I never got before....

Morning BOOBS!

I think I've just experienced my first morning boobs. I don't remember falling asleep last night and when I woke up it was quite painful getting up. I also forgot to take my OxyContin last night. :(

I've been icing more now. Idk if this is helping or not. It helps a little with making them feel less foreign. My boobs actually feel soft in most areas.

I thought that the third day was the worst out of the three. I stayed in bed most of the day after my post op appt. I can't wait to start feeling like myself again. I'm still drowsy and weak. I try to walk around and keep my fluid intake high. Anyway, I haven't felt any pain besides the morning boobs this morning. Which now has went away. I hope all of you ladies are healing well! :) I'm kind of drowsy as I'm writing this. Damn you OxyContin! Lol

I'm glad I stopped Retin A

So this is three days off of Retin A, I switched to Retinol 1.0.

My skin is clearing up with no new breakouts. I'm so happy! I can't wait to see what my skin will look like in a few weeks. Finally it's going back to normal, back to before I even started Retin A.
