Not happy at all with the outcome, I was taken to the hospital at 10pm the night before surgery, my first and only consultation was at 5 am the morning of surgery which was at 6am He spent all of 10 minutes with me, needless to say i was extremely unprepared with questions at the hour of the morning when he bursts into my room. Things went from bad to worse when straight after surgery I felt something was not right with my left ear and side of face.(my mouth was a little crooked) No amount of telling the nurses did me any good. I was completely deaf in the left ear and could not open my mouth to speak properly let alone eat. I went to a doctor on returning home at six weeks post op , still unable to hear and with ear ache. She found a large cotton swab had been left in my ear and I now had an infection. She also noticed that my mouth was crooked and that he has either cut or damaged my Mandibular Nerve. I now have to go see a plastic surgeon to see if this is permanent or not . I am very very unhappy with the results. I also feel I still have a double chin . I have sent Destination Beauty photos and correspondence but they don't care to respond.
