How to reduce swelling from Hyaluronidase Fast?

i always have bad allergic reaction to hyaluronidase injection to dissolve the filler.
it always swell up my face alot!!
i used to try to heal the swelling by using ice because every doctor recommended me to do so.
but it always swelled for 2days at least.
today i got hyaluronidase injected and swelled as always so i tried different way to heal the swelling.
and it worked very fast!
i microwave a wet hand towel for 1 mins and cool it down untill its not too hot and put it on the swelling area. that it.
i did few times in a row and it reduced the swelling alot! in like 10mins!
people who have swelling reaction from hyaluronidase like me, please try this!

doctors say hyaluronidase have effect only 1-2days.
but even after 2days, if i massage softly with my finger tip(better if u close your eyes and do so u can feel the filler more clear), the filler kinda
soften up and gets flatter.
The skin after hyaluronidase injection, it will stretch because of swelling(for me) so after the swelling is gone, skin will be kinda dry and become kinda saggy and have small wrinkles but in about 2week, the dried skin will peel out and skin will be back to normal.
