Dr Kasemsak exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him as a surgeon. I went to Thailand through Restored Beauty Getaways - with the November 2016 group.
The procedure I had was a breast reduction and lift. During my consult with Dr Kasemsak, he explained the procedure, the incisions, scarring, possible free nipple graft and risks. He was empathetic when I became emotional and he made me feel reassured and safe. I asked about implants as I was worried I would still be flat at the top of my breasts after a reduction. Dr Kasemsak explained he would not recommend this and advised the reduction and lift would provide good results - once healed if I wanted to go ahead with implants, it would be best to wait until then.
I was well looked after in surgery and had no issues arise. (none that I was made aware of anyway!)
He visited the day after surgery to change dressings and examine my breasts and advised he did not need to do the free nipple graft as there was good blood supply during surgery. Yay! He reassured me that they looked good and asked how I felt. I saw him twice more in the follow up consults before I returned to Australia 10 days later. He was always warm, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.
I am 5 weeks post op and I am so grateful and in love with my new breasts. They are perky, youthful looking and I am amazed at what a wonderful job Dr Kasemsak has done. I was a 12 GG and now fit a 12 C/D, once all the swelling goes I'm confident I'll settle at a large c cup. Dr Kasemsak informed me he took about 700 grams of skin and tissue from each breast. I had minimal bruising, most of the swelling has gone, my breasts are starting to take on a more natural shape and the scar lines are becoming slightly raised and hard (normal for the first 12 months). There were a couple of small areas that took longer to heal, but they are getting there - I followed his advice to a T and have not had any issues and believe I am healing well. I don't believe I need inplants as he has done such a wonderful job, but if I am considering any further surgery in the future, I will be requesting him as my surgeon.
