26 Years Old 120 Lbs 5'3 and Thinking About Getting Hp 400cc or 339cc Moderate Plus

I have my breast done in 2013 and end up getting capsules contracture. I have lost confident over the years. I'm scare to hug people bc they can feel how hard my breast are and even my own bf he rarely touch my breast. After having a baby, I finally decided that it's time for mommy make over. I schedule appt with DR. So shaky in Thailand at yanhee international hospital to get my breast replace. This time my goal is to get my breast size down From 400cc to something slightly smaller like 339 cc moderate plus style 15. I'm still haven't decide yet since I will see my dr before surgery and will ask for his advice. I have small breast tissue and just aiming for something more natural this time, my skin already stretched out so I think it will help my breast look more natural this time around. I just hope that I make the right decision for size down and not regret. If you have any advice please let me know. Thank you so much

Alright im so nervous today. I'm flying in to Thailand today and will get pick up at the airport. Coming into the hospital didn't even know what size that I'm going for and will have the surgery at the same day. I been going to 2 Dr in us to talk to them about sizing and really like 339cc style 15 moderate plus. It's 12.5 widths and 4 projection vs 400cc (what I have right now ) 11.9 with and 5cm projection so it doesn't look like it's much of a difference. I'm going to ask my dr today and see what he thinking. I want it to look as natural as possible and also not too small for my frame. I will also ask him to help me shrink down one side of my nipple since one side is bigger than the other. Very nervous ladies

When arrived at the airport I saw someone holding my name and waited for me. He took me to the airport than I waited almost 2 hours to see my DR. After see my breast, he told me that he can't use smooth surfaces implant because it's a high risk of getting capsules again and that he can't promise that it won't happen again. Which I understand because when I go to the other Dr in Seattle they also told me the same thing. He showed me a few size and end up wanted me to go for 325cc moderate profile. He told me mentor brand have more option on sizing but it's close to the size that I wanted but less projection. 12.4cm with and 3.9 cm projection. He explain to me that more projects doesn't make a lot different mainly it's about the width. He didn't want me to get anything bigger wider than that. If I wanted more projection I should go for 350cc high profile but the width is smaller than what I have right now. It's a tough decision but I'm going to trust my dr. And let him do his work since at the end of the day by goal is to get a nice looking natural breast that look like and soft.
