How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Oh, forgot to post the picture.

It's been a little under a year here.

Well, here you go! Honestly, if you're thinking about the procedure.. don't hesitate. I've never felt better about my body.

6 months!

All the pain and swelling has gone away. I'm extremely happy with my body. My self image has changed drastically. I don't "suck in" anymore. I don't feel insecure about wearing tight dresses or short shorts anymore. I've never loved my body as much as I do now. I definitely plan to get the procedure done on my bra rolls and arms and I wouldn't go to anyone other than Dr. Bekanich at Sono Bello. I'll upload pictures later, just wanted to give y'all an update!

I had my procedure done at Sono Bello. The consultant (I think they're called consultants?) was a bit pushy. I felt like I was being sold a product when I was already dead set on it -- given I was very nervous and had a ton of questions, they'd always be answered with "now it's okay, you'll look great. This is gonna be good for you. We're so awesome, look at our reviews!" None of my questions were really answered until I met Dr. Bekanich. Dr. Bekanich was very nice. I have a habit of talking A LOT when I'm nervous and she didn't seem to mind at all! When I went in for my consultation I was initially going to get my upper and lower abs, my flanks and my arms done. She highly encouraged me to do my hips instead of my arms. I was a little disappointed at first, but I'm not the certified plastic surgeon with years of experience. Lemme tell ya, I'm glad she recommended it because it'd look outright weird if I didn't listen. I might get my arms done at a later time though. :-) During my procedure Dr. Bekanich and the nurse she was working with both had such amazing bedside manner. They answered every question I had in great detail and they were both extremely professional. Dr. Bekanich was super gentle. The worst part was the anesthetic injections! A few pokes made me tense up, but she was never rough and the procedure never felt rushed. I talked during my entire procedure and 2 hours felt like 30 minutes. I'm one week post-op and although I'm swollen I love my silhouette so much! I can't stop staring at myself. I have minimal bruising (honestly the most bruising is where the clips are from the garment, lmao). The total of my procedure was $4700 for 4 areas. If I end up doing another area I'm definitely going back to her! I have pictures on my journey review so you can see the justice!
