After serious research I chose dr. Kridel for a consultation . I have been seen by too many specialist including Beverly Hills Cal and Houston. Three out of ten suggested Dr. Kridel based on his experience. I have been told that he is an expert on his field and able to give me the right decision. Hope he will help to drop my upturned tip and give a natural look.

Praying for your excellent results. I have the same issue. Before being knocked out and helpless I was led to believe that my septum would be straightened and a bump would be taken down on the bridge. I woke up with a sky high, pinched and lengthened tip (worse than yours) The "surgeon" who took it upon himself to do this to me had actually told me that he wouldn't touch my tip and that little pinched tips were done in the 60's and he would never do that.
I gave up looking for a revision for years because I didn't find anyone who could or would fix this. The Drs. who didn't think it looked bad wanted to add width without reducing the bunched up extra cartilage that is piled on the tip, can you imagine? Then it is sticking out in both directions…jeeez! This is a barbaric procedure invented my men to make us look like their Barbie fantasy. Much pain psychological and physical (mine is still pulls, is hard and painful after 30+ years). I am now, again hoping to find an honest skilled surgeon to fix this.

I do not mind if the dr. Adds some cartilage to improve the width. However, my main concern is to drop the tip lengthen the bridge and hide the columela.

It went great. I stayed for three hours for consultation. However I didn't choose him for two reasons. First the fees is extremely high 27K . Second the rib cartilage dr. Kridel uses is irradiated.

dr fleming in beverly hills-I have long nostrils and a boulbous tip, while I don't have a dorsal hump-I have a Jewish nose-I'm Jewish so I can say that-LoL

i've seen a lot of nose done like what that dr did-is there not something you can do to get a revision paid for by this new doc?

If you don’t mind me asking how much? I recently had a consult & quoted $11,300 for everything. This is super frustrating that most wont file with the insurance. And depending on the codes used-may not get reimbursed. I’m guessing plenty of people can afford their fees. But I cannot keep paying for an unsuccessful revision that’s costing me & not fixing my problems. I feel your pain.

The dr. Really ruined it. He gave me a totally different look. I have asked to fix the deviation nothing else.

Me too. He shortened mine significantly. Took off 3mm. Said my nose was too long for my face and I will love it in 6 months. Unbelievable.

Too many doctors in Houston and Cali referred me to him. Also, I think it is better to chose a surgeon based in where i live because of the follow up. Have you heard about him? I am very surprised because people keep sending private message concerning about him
